It breaks my heart to see people accept poor health as a normal part of aging.

Poor health has become common in our country, that does not mean it is normal! You can break away from “common” to create lasting health and vibrant longevity.

I know what it feels like to have your body change with the passage of time.

Together we create a safe space to talk about everything you are experiencing in your body. You are not in this alone. If you can’t talk about it, you can’t solve it.

How does Health Coaching work?

 

1. Schedule a call

The first step is to schedule a call and see if we are a good fit. We will talk about your goals. What does your health look like today? What will it look like in 3 months, 6 months, the rest of your life.

2. Gather Data

Once we decide that we are going to work together, we will gather some data. This will vary depending on your goals. If you don’t track it, how do you know when you are winning? We love celebrating winning, especially the tiny wins!!!!

3. Active Coaching

This is where it gets fun. We know what your goals are, we have your starting point, now we start playing. Coaching calls can be on the phone, zoom, or in person.

I first experienced the power of our health choices watching my father overcome a terminal cancer diagnosis when I was in high school. Seeing him choose to change his health habits instead of accepting the death sentences he was given was inspiring. Wanting to learn more I earned my degree in Health Promotions and went on to become a Certified Integrative Health Coach. All parts of our life and body are integrated, so we look at the big picture to see what is affecting your health. Sometimes these changes are simple yet have profound results.
